LAMP......I have started it again

Actually last 15 days were tough days for me. After the training in Software Testing for two months , our batch got 15 days crash course in Oracle data base. We had studied data base fundamentals,SQL, and PL/SQL.Even if Oracle database is predominemt in market, I believe that in internet web technology area LAMP (LINUX,APACHE,MYSQL,PHP) have quite good place.So I am planning to do some experiments in this area...

Encripted Computer data can now be stolen

This news is a really a big question to computer data security field... " In a technical paper published of the web site of Princeton's Centre of information Technology Policy, the group demonstrated the standard memory chips actually retain their data for seconds or even minutes for power is cut off.

Linux Again

I installed Fedora Core 3 in my laptop. More than Windows, I like to work in Linux Os.Because everyday Linux will open some unknown things in front of me .Linux never try to hide anything if we are ready to explore it.I suggest Linux to all engineering students including ECE,CS,EEE,ME, because they can explore their own ideas in this operating system freely and it will teach you a new programming style and philosophy

History or myth??

At last I bought one Laptop

yea .. I bought the Compaq Presario Laptop model C738TU. I don't know whether it is good decision or bad. But Last one month I had gone through lot off confusion about selecting a laptop. I searched at four different computer dealers in chennai.I bought the model from Alfa computers at Kodambakkam ( ph.9841011134) in chennai. It's cost around 31600 Rs.I think in laptop manufacturing Compaq and Acer are in good competition. HP,lenova,IBM,DELL,Sony are the kings in this field. I can give the price list of Compaq and Acer laptops in December and January month.

Chennai ranks high in levels of Hazardous materials in air

The news in Deccan Chronicle Chennai on 24/1/08 will worry the people in chennai about their future and about next generation. " According to recent reading collected from certain areas in chennai by central pollution control board(CPCB), the RSPM level ( content of hazardous particles in the air content) is 94 , while the danger level prescribed by the CPCB is 100. The massive urbanisation and industrialization has led to a rise in population, vehicles and fuel consumption as well ". Dr. Pushpavanam from IIT Madras says " The quality of air in chennai is poor because of high emission of lead fuel and due to diesel powered vehicles".Also people with asthma,heart and lung diseases are more susceptible to poor air quality. Fear Typhoid fever

Last two weeks I was suffering from heavy fever.That fever taught me a lot. Especially how to face a problem when I am alone.I had medicines from chennai hospitals, but I couldn't stop that fever.It is better to get suggestions or instructions from elders or parents in such situations.I returned back to home and admitted in LF hospital Angamally.Now I am quite ok. Main reason for this is the big city's authorities is not caring or noticing the drainage system. When a small rain comes, you can not differentiate between the rain water and sewage water. The sewage water handling is very poor in chennai . The smell that coming from this canals is horrible. It is hard enough to make you unconscious. Everyday I have to cross one such sewage water canal before going to my office in Tidel Park.Why these developed city is lagging or not listening this dangerous problem?? Why the authorities are not caring the health of people??
