Can I make changes.......doubt????

Two days of severe headache make some retardation in me. Sunday I went to consult doctor because the medicine I bought from medical shop without prescription, was not enough to reduce the pain. I know that it would be Sinusitis headache. Consulted doctor unfortunately ,he know only Tamil and English, in that two language I am not at all fluent.... . But some how I expressed my pain. Because I can't tolerate that.Doctor said the pain was because of climate change..... it was almost same as my mind told.....
