Team Work needed everywhere .....as an individual also

In Office I have to work as a professional, having more quality than actually I have . And I need to work in a team.I don't know how much i can perform. But todays class about "Team Work" really teach me how important team work in an organization. Without team work and changing mentality, no organization can exist. I think this principle is applicable to 'home' and individual person. In a home the team spirit of father, mother, son and daughter will guide the success of the family. As we talk about an individual person if his mind ,brain,body and every part work for particular goal with a team spirit , he can easily achieve his ambitions. "Synergy " is the important characteristics of a team .
